(a) In the event of conflict between the provisions of the Ohio Fire Code and the provisions of the Ohio Building Code, the provisions of the Ohio Building Code shall prevail where denoted and is applicable in the opiuion of the Cortland Fire Chief.
(b) In the event of conflict between the provisions of the Ohio Fire Code and any other municipal ordinance or code adopted by the City, the more restrictive provision shall
prevail,.
(c) The Cortland Fire Chief shall enforce. all provisions of the rules of the Ohio Board of Building Standards relating to fire prevention as defined in the Ohio Building Code (OAC 4101:1-1-01) and Ohio Revised Code Chapters 3781 and 3791.
