731.05 REGISTRATION FOR CHARITABLE OR RELIGIOUS CANVASSING.

   (a)   A charitable or religious organization shall furnish the following information to the City:

      (1)   The name of the organization;

      (2)   The name, address and the telephone number of the person supervising the activity;

      (3)   The name of an officer or official of the organization;

      (4)   The nature of the charitable or religious purpose of the organization; and

      (5)    A list of the name(s) of persons who will be canvassing.
