(a) Any decision by the Service Director may be appealed to the City Planning, Zoning and Building Commission.
(b) Any decision by the City Planning, Zoning and Building Commission must be appealed by making written application to the City Board of Zoning Appeals.
(c) The rights of appeal shall be as set forth in Chapter 711 of the Ohio Revised Code or other applicable sections of the City's Codified Ordinances or Charter.
