The City Planning, Zoning and Building Commission may grant variances from the requirements of this Chapter in accordance with the procedures and standards of Section 1189.05 of the Zoning Code. The Commission may additionally consider the following criteria:
(a) Whether the sign will be suitable and appropriate to the proposed location,
(b) Whether the applicant has affirmatively demonstrated that the use to which the sign relates cannot be properly identified without the requested variance; and
(c) Whether the sign complies with all other requirements of this chapter other than the requirement(s) to be varied. (Ord. 0-19-09. Passed 5-18-09.)
