Any sign put into place without permit, or with permit, but not in compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall be directed to be removed by the Service Director. Should such sign not be removed within seventy-two (72) hours after the property owner or tenant is so informed of the violation, the City shall enforce Section 1321.99.
