(a) The City may order any tenant or property owner whose sign falls into disrepair to correct the same at any time.
(b) Such disrepair includes, but may not be limited to, repairs to fastenings or anchorage to maintain and support the sign in a safe manner, or other repairs as may be deemed advisable. (Ord. 0-19-09. Passed 5-18-09.)
