1321.10 RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SIGNS.
   (a)    Residential real estate advertisement signs shall not be illuminated.
   (b)    One real estate sign, having not more than two (2) faces designating a parcel of land, a building, or other property for sale or lease shall be permitted.
   (c)    The maximum permitted area for such a residential property sign shall be twelve (12) feet total. No individual sign face shall exceed six (6) square feet.
   (d)    Residential real estate signs are exempt from the provisions of Section 1321.02.
   (e)    Residential real estate signs shall be set back from the edge of the pavement a minimum of 10'-0", or where not practical to do so, shall be placed approximately halfway between the street and the building.
   (f)    One directional sign advertising an open house may be placed in the right-of-way of the nearest cross street. The sign may be placed twenty-four hours in advance of the event and removed upon its completion.
