1321.09 POLITICAL SIGNS.
   (a)    Political signs shall not be illuminated.
   (b)    Political signs shall not have more than two faces. Signs shall be permitted only during the period beginning forty-five (45) days prior to the election for which the sign is intended. Signs shall be removed not later than seven (7) days after said election day.
   (c)    No political sign shall be placed on any utility pole or tree in the public right-of-way.
   (d)    All political signs shall be set back at least 10'-0" from the edge of the pavement of the street.
   (e)    Political signs shall be exempt from the provisions of Section 1321.02.
   (f)   No such sign shall be located in a manner as to obstruct egress or ingress to adjacent property, pedestrian traffic on the public way, or as to obstruct the vision of drivers at an intersection. (Ord. 0-19-09. Passed 5-18-09.)
