781.01 FEE.
   (a)   The percentage of gross revenues to be charged as a video service provider fee shall be three percent (3%).
   (b)   In determining the service provider fee, the advertising revenues are to be included in the base of the gross revenues.
   (c)   The Mayor shall deliver notice of these cable service provisions to any service provider within ten days of the City receiving notice of the service provider’s intent to offer cable/video services in the City.
