(a) City of Cortland Fire Inspector shall be consulted prior to mounting the approved key box.
(b) The Key Box shall be installed near a main entry door. This entry door shall be of easy access for fire crews. It shall be mounted at a height of six feet above final grade, or as designated by Fire Inspector.
(c) Key box tamper switch shall be wired to the buildings fire alarm system at the owner’s discretion. It is suggested that it be connected where applicable.
