925.05 CLEAN WATER CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.

No owner, agent, lessee, tenant or occupant of any lot of land located within the Municipality shall discharge into a public sanitary collector sewer constructed and used solely for the purpose of collecting and conveying sanitary sewage any water from roof drains, foundation drains and other clean water connections.
