(a) All sewer construction shall be inspected by the Service Director or someone designated by him. The developer, contractor or the other persons constructing the sewer shall bear the cost of the inspection. The cost will be at the same rate of pay such official is paid by the Municipality. Payment for the inspections services will be made to the Service Department.
(b) Inspections shall be provided during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays. Any inspection requested during weekends, holidays or otherwise after normal working hours will be paid by the contractor or person performing the work at the rate of one and one-half times the normal rate of inspection with a minimum of two hours charged.
(c) Upon completion of any sewer the contractor shall furnish the Service Director with a record of the location of the sewer, manholes, wyes branches and house connections in a form suitable to the Director.
