(a) A water service connection to the City water system will only be available to parcels located in the municipal boundary or parcels subject to a service area agreement.
(b) A service connection will be provided when water is available and a water tap permit is obtained.
(c) Any waterline reimbursement fee (if applicable) must be paid, or subject to a payment plan approved by the Law Director, prior to the issuance of a water tap permit.
(d) The water tap permit fee for customary single shut-off, single meter shall be as follows:

(e) At any time the majority of the land, buildings or structures or any of them belonging to any consumer of water being furnished by the City lie outside the corporation limits of the City, the charge for the water line tap-in shall be two hundred percent (200%) of the rates set forth in subsection (d) hereof or as calculated in subsection (f) hereof.
(f) The cost of all other non-standard service connections shall be based on labor, equipment and materials as calculated by the Service Director.
(g) Any new structure that utilized an existing water service connection will be charged for a new meter installation as calculated by the Service Director.
