(a) A new customer service fee shall be charged to establish utility service in the City.
(b) The new customer service fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00)
(c) This new customer service fee is applicable to utility accounts that consist of water only, sewer only or water and sewer accounts.
This new customer service fee will apply to new customers moving into the City, as well as setting up new customer information for any address.
