921.03 FILLING OF SWIMMING POOLS.
   (a)    No fire hydrant shall be opened or any water taken therefrom for any purpose except for fire fighting or firefighting practices unless the Service Director has authorized such action.
   (b)    No water shall be used from any fire hydrant within the Municipality, to fill swimming pools or for any other purpose unless a permit is obtained from the Service Director and authorization is given by him when the water can be obtained. If such authorization is obtained it will be the responsibility of the person or persons authorized to obtain the water, to measure the amount of water obtained by the person and the measurements shall be determined by the length, width and depth of the receptacle or measured by an approved meter.
   (c)    A record of the quantity of water obtained shall be rendered to the Service Director, who in turn shall charge to the person owning the receptacle, the amount of water obtained at the established water rate per gallon.
   (d)    This service shall be made available to those having an established water account with the Municipality.
   (e)    A complete list of how many pools or receptacles filled shall be given to Council each month.
