905.05 ACCEPTANCE; PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
   (a)    Following the approval of the Planning, Zoning and Building Commission and Council the person or persons seeking to build any street or roadway in accordance with such approval shall notify the Service Director that such construction is to begin. The Service Director shall see that such construction is inspected to the extent necessary to guarantee proper construction. Following completion of the construction, including all sewers, water lines, storm sewers, street lights and other services, the person or persons constructing same shall request acceptance of the street for a probationary period of one year. Council, on the recommendation of the Service Director shall accept such street or roadway for a probationary period of one year from the date of resolution.
   (b)    During this probationary period the person or persons constructing such street or roadway shall make or cause to be made any repairs to the street or roadway, or any services thereon deemed necessary by the Service Director. At the completion of the one year's probationary period, Council, on the recommendation of the Service Director, shall by resolution accept the street or roadway for permanent maintenance.
