The location of all street lights must be approved by Council. A construction bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the cost for street lighting must be secured prior to the issuing of a street permit. Such bond is to run for two years at which time the street lighting must be completed. At no time will a street be accepted if lighting is not complete. Lights are to conform to size, shape and heights of lights now in use in the City.
