905.01 ACCEPTANCE AND DEDICATION.

No new streets, roadways, alleys or any other public right of way will be accepted for maintenance by the Municipality, unless the same shall come up to the standards hereinafter set forth, and unless the same are dedicated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
