771.05 INCINERATORS PROHIBITED.

(a) No incinerator shall be constructed or placed in or used in conjunction with any new structure or building on any existing structure or building not having an incinerator.

(b) No incinerator in one, two or three family dwellings shall be operated within the City after January 1, 1992.
