771.04 TRANSPORTATION RESTRICTED.

(a) Transportation of medical or toxic waste within the City, whose origin, is not within the City shall be limited to State Route 46 or State Route 5.

(b) Transportation of medical waste, originating within the City shall be limited to the most direct route from site or origin to State Route 46 or State Route 5.
