761.12 FENCES.

Storage tanks, separators, well installations, and other permanent producing facilities shall be entirely enclosed by a six-foot high chain link fence. Fences shall be kept in good repair until the well is abandoned and the tanks have been taken out of service. Gates shall be padlocked. Shipping valves extending beyond the fence shall be padlocked.
