761.11 LANDSCAPING.
   (a)   All installations shall be landscaped. Such landscaping shall consist of evergreens.
 
   (b)   All storage tanks, separators, and pumping units shall be painted a forest green color. Emergency shut off valves shall be painted red and shall indicate direction for turning on and off.
