761.09 EMERGENCY INFORMATION.

To insure that some responsible person may be reached at any time in the event of an emergency, the name, address, telephone numbers of all persona responsible for the ownership, operation and maintenance of each drilled well located within the City's limits shall be posted on the fence utilizing a steel, aluminum or plastic sign.
