761.02 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.

All provisions of this chapter shall apply to the heirs, executors and assigns of any individual permit holder, and the successors and assigns of any firm, partnership, association, or corporate permit holder as fully as such provisions apply to the original permit holder.
