751.01 PERMIT; FEE.
   (a)    Every refuse hauler shall make application for a refuse permit upon signing a contract/agreement to haul refuse from the City.
   (b)    The cost of such refuse permit shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year, payable each and every year the contract/agreement is in effect.
