(a) A permit to hold a garage sale shall be issued by the Clerk upon application of the person holding such garage sale. The permit will be issued at a fee of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per day, but for a maximum of three consecutive days.
(b) A permit shall be issued to any one address in the City but only two times per calendar year and shall not be issued less than three months apart.
