§ 30.03 TAX HEARING OFFICER.
   The city hereby appoints Berkheimer as its Tax Hearing Officer, and further, adopts and incorporates the Local Taxpayers Bill of Rights Act, 53 Pa.C.S. §§ 8421 et seq., regulations as promulgated by Berkheimer in their entirety.
