§ 30.02 BONDS FOR OFFICIALS.
   (A)   City Treasurer.
      (1)   The City Treasurer shall give lawful bond to the city, with a surety or other company authorized by law to act as surety, to be approved by Council.
      (2)   The said bond shall be in the sum of $200,000 conditioned for the honest and faithful discharge of his or her official duties.
   (B)   City Solicitor.
      (1)   The City Solicitor shall give lawful bond to the city, with a surety or other company authorized by law to act as a surety, to be approved by Council.
      (2)   The said bond shall be in the sum of $10,000 conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her official duties.
   (C)   Director of Accounts and Finance.
      (1)   The Director of Accounts and Finance shall give lawful bond to the city, with a surety or other company authorized by law to act as surety, to be approved by Council.
      (2)   The said bond shall be in the sum of $10,000 conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her official duties.
   (D)   City Controller.
      (1)   The City Controller shall give lawful bond to the city, with a surety or other company authorized by law to act as surety, to be approved by Council.
      (2)   The said bond shall be in the sum of $10,000 conditioned for the honest and faithful discharge of his or her official duties.
   (E)   City Engineer.
      (1)   The City Engineer shall give lawful bond to the city, with a surety or other company authorized by law to act as surety, to be approved by Council.
      (2)   The said bond shall be in the sun of $10,000 conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her official duties.
