§ 30.23 RECEIPT AND INVESTMENT OF FUNDS; PAYMENTS.

It shall be the duty of the Board to receive, retain, invest and reinvest the Fund created by virtue of this subchapter and the statutes of the state, and to pay over by warrant or check the amounts due to members or their beneficiaries.
