§ 30.22 PERSONS ENTITLED TO BENEFITS.
   The benefits conferred by this subchapter shall apply to all persons regularly employed on or after the effective date of this subchapter in any paid capacity by the city, except police officers, firefighters and part-time or seasonal workers.
