Off-street loading spaces shall be provided in accordance with the following specifications in all districts whenever any new use is established or an existing use is enlarged.
(A) Each loading space shall not be less than ten feet in width, 45 feet in length and 14 feet in height.
(B) Off-street loading areas shall be provided so that the loading and unloading of trucks and all other vehicles shall be conducted in such a manner that no part of said truck or vehicle, or the operations of the loading or unloading shall extend onto the adjacent sidewalk or roadway or in any other manner hinder or impede the use thereof.
(C) The number of off-street loading spaces required is set forth below. Where the use of the premises is not specifically mentioned, requirements for similar uses shall apply.
