§ 154.142 EROSION CONTROL.

(A) It shall be a requirement of all major subdivisions that the developer shall have a soil erosion and sedimentation control plan, prepared in accordance with current state law and approved by the proper agencies. The Commission may also require a like plan for any minor subdivision.

(B) The plan shall be fully implemented during the construction of the development.
