§ 154.040 PRE-APPLICATION INVESTIGATION.
   (A)   Developers shall, where on-site sewage disposal is required, consult early and informally with the County Health Department.
   (B)   The applicable provisions of the pre-application procedure for major subdivisions may be followed, but is not required.
