Before approval of subdivisions under these regulations, the Planning Commission shall transmit a copy of the proposed subdivision plan to the County Metropolitan Planning Department for review and report to the Planning Commission. Pending the receipt and consideration of such report, the Commission shall defer action thereon, but if such report is not received by the local authorities within 45 days from the submission of the plan to the County Metropolitan Planning Department, or within such further time as may be agreed upon by the local authorities, the Commission may proceed to final action thereon.
