§ 154.002 AUTHORITY.
   The Planning Commission is vested by law with jurisdiction and control of the subdivision of land located within the limits of the city (Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247, as amended (53 P.S. §§ 10101 et seq.), and the Clean Stream Law, Act 222 (35 P.S. §§ 691.1 et seq.))
