§ 111.06 REQUIREMENTS DURING DEVELOPMENT PHASE.
   (A)   The permittee shall comply with all soil erosion and sedimentation control measures established in the permit, and shall bear the final responsibility for the installation and maintenance of all required erosion control measures as required by the state’s Department of Environmental Resources, the County Conservation District and the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The permittee shall not place, or cause to be placed, any soil or other debris on any street within the city. If such soil or debris is placed on said street(s) and is not removed within 12 hours, the city shall be authorized to clear such street of same and the charge therefor shall be assessed against the permittee.
   (C)   The permittee shall not damage any street improvements (i.e., roadway, curbs, drainage facilities and the like), and shall assure that street drainage facilities are kept clear and open at all times.
