§ 111.05 RESTORATION BOND.
   (A)   A bond in the amount of $100,000 shall be submitted to the city prior to issuance of a permit. Said bond shall be either cash or a bond guaranteed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and shall be in a form acceptable to the city. A separate bond in the amount of $100,000 shall be submitted for each site. The bond shall serve as a guarantee that the permittee shall comply with the terms, conditions and requirements of this chapter and all state and federal laws and regulations.
   (B)   If the permittee shall fail to comply with any of the terms, conditions and requirements of this chapter or requirements of the state and federal governments, the permittee and the surety company shall be notified. If the condition is not corrected following such notification, the city may proceed to bring said failure or violation into conformance with the applicable laws or regulations and initiate action to recover the cost thereof from the surety company holding said bond.
