§ 95.01 ERECTION OR CONSTRUCTION FORBIDDEN.

The erection or construction of overhead tanks or above-ground tanks or containers of any description within the city; erected or constructed for the purpose of containing, holding or storage of gasoline, oil, kerosene or propane gas; or other inflammable or explosive material is forbidden.
