Any person, partnership or corporation violating or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon the conviction thereof, before the Magisterial District Justice, be guilty of a summary offense and shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs of prosecution or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 90 days. Each days’ violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be a separate violation.
