SCHEDULE II. NO PARKING SIGNS.
   (A)   No parking signs shall be erected on the west side of Second Avenue from Pleasant Street to Sherman Street.
   (B)   No parking signs shall be erected on the west side of Euclid Street from Church Street to Sherman Street.
   (C)   No parking signs shall be erected on both sides of West Pleasant Street from Northwest Street to Route 77 bypass.
