§ 71.05 VEHICLES IN EXCESSIVE SIZE OR WEIGHT.
   No vehicle in excessive size or weight which is likely to cause a delay or danger to traffic or damage to a street shall be moved in the city without a permit from the Superintendent of Street and Public Improvements.
