Petitions for a district boundary amendment shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator. After ascertaining the completeness of the petition, the Zoning Administrator shall notify the Council of receipt of the petition and set a date of public hearing before the Commission pursuant to Section 165.58. Procedures outlined in Section 165.59 shall be followed in processing the petition. Petitions for other changes to this chapter shall be filed on a form available from the Zoning Administrator. Procedures outlined in Section 165.59 shall be followed in processing the petition.
