§ 30.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 30.095 through 30.097 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and subject to a civil penalty as set forth in A.R.S. § 38-544, as may be amended from time to time.
