§ 30.097 DUTY TO FILE FINAL FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT BY CANDIDATE FOR COUNCIL.
   A candidate for local public office, as defined in § 30.095, shall file a financial disclosure statement covering the preceding 12-month period and containing the information described in § 30.096 on a form prescribed by the City Clerk at the time of filing nomination papers.
