§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating § 71.06(A) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less that $25 and/or five days in jail, nor more than $100 and/or 20 days in jail.
