(A) No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in a parking space on public or private property set aside and identified for use only by persons with physical disabilities unless the vehicle has displayed thereon a distinguishing insignia as provided in A.R.S. Title 28, Chapter 6, § 28-873.01, or numbered plates bearing the international wheelchair symbol issued pursuant to A.R.S. Title 28, Chapter 3, § 28-308.01.
(B) Section (A) above shall apply to only those parking spaces that are identified with a standard sign as approved or designated by the City Manager.
