§ 71.05 INOPERABLE OR DISABLED VEHICLES.
   It is unlawful for the owner or any person having control over a motor vehicle which is inoperable or disabled to allow said motor vehicle to remain parked or located upon the paved or unpaved portion of any street or alley within the City for a period of time in excess of 72 hours after being requested, in writing, to remove said motor vehicle from such location by the City. In the event that the owner or person having control of said vehicle cannot be readily located within the City, then the City may cause said vehicle to be removed from the public right-of-way.
