§ 71.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Anyone violating § 71.01 shall be subject to a penalty of $1.

   (C)   Anyone violating the provisions of § 71.02 shall be subject to a penalty of $1.

   (D)   Anyone violating the provisions of § 71.03 shall be subject to a penalty of $10. A second violation of § 71.03 shall subject the individual to a penalty of $15.

   (E)   Anyone violating § 71.04 shall be subject to a penalty of $5. A second violation of § 71.04 shall subject the individual to a penalty of $10.
