§ 51.05  DISCONNECTION.
   If any water customer shall fail to pay his or her water bill and any penalty within the prescribed time as set forth in the rules, orders or regulations of the Board of Commissioners as set forth in the minutes of a regularly constituted or special meeting, the Board may direct authorized personnel to disconnect or cut off the water to the customer until the past due bill and all penalties have been paid including a reconnection or cut-on fee as prescribed by the Board. The Board of Commissioners does declare that the timely payment of water bills by its customers is imperative and each customer is hereby put on notice of this policy. Upon any disconnection or cut-off of water from the main or meter to a customer, that customer or anyone in his or her behalf shall not reconnect or cut on water from the main to the customer until all fees and penalties have been paid to the town. Only authorized town personnel are permitted to connect or cut the water back on from the main to the customer.
