§ 51.02  CONNECTION TO WATER SYSTEM.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall make any connection to the municipal water system unless and until application has been made to the town for a connection and the required fees paid.
   (B)   Any connection made to the municipal water system shall be made by and under the supervision of personnel of the town and any water meter installed with the connection shall be deemed to be the property of the town.
